Welcome to our image store! We offer a hybrid licensing model to provide flexibility and fairness for our customers.

  1. Standard License (Royalty-Free for Non-Commercial Use)

Usage: This license allows you to use the image multiple times for non-commercial purposes, such as personal projects, blogs, or social media.

Restrictions: The image cannot be used for any commercial purposes.

Cost: Approximately Rs1000 – 3000 per image.

  1. Extended License (Commercial Use with Royalties)

Usage: This license allows for unlimited commercial use of the image, including advertising, product packaging, and other profit-generating activities.

Royalties: A royalty fee will be applied for each commercial use.

Cost: Initial purchase around Rs5000 – Rs8000 per image, with additional royalties depending on usage (typically Rs2000 – Rs5000 per additional use).

  1. One-Time Commercial Use License

Usage: This license allows the image to be used once for a specific commercial purpose (e.g., a single campaign, one product, or one event).

Restrictions: After this single use, the image cannot be reused commercially without purchasing an additional license.

Cost: Approximately Rs10000 – Rs20000 per image.

  1. General Terms

Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to your images.

Prohibited Uses: Images cannot be used in a way that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.

Helpful Terms:

1. Commercial Use: This refers to any use of the image that is intended to generate profit or promote a business. Examples include using the image in advertisements, on product packaging, in promotional materials, or on websites that sell products or services.


2. Non-Commercial Use: This is any use of the image that is not intended to generate profit. Examples include personal projects, educational purposes, social media posts without monetization, or blogs that do not generate revenue.


3. Private Use: This refers to using the image for personal purposes only, such as printing a photo for your home, creating a personal gift, or using it in a non-public setting.


4. Royalty Fees: These are additional fees paid each time the image is used for commercial purposes beyond the initial purchase. It ensures that the creator is compensated for repeated or extensive commercial use of the image.


5. Attribution: This means giving credit to the image creator whenever the image is used, as specified by the terms of the license.


6. Public Building: A building that is open to the general public and is typically funded by public means, such as government buildings, landmarks, and monuments.


7. Property Release: A legal agreement from the owner of a property (such as a building or private land) that allows the image to be used for commercial Purposes.
